② Deburring: Deburring is performed using a handheld pneumatic flat grinding machine.
③ Bending: The bending process employs an EKO bending machine with a length of 1.2 meters.
④ Riveting: The process involves loading corresponding rivet molds into riveting machines, with a total of 4 riveting machines in use.
⑤ Powder Coating: Powder coating is applied using a handheld spray gun.
⑥ Packaging: Packaging is done according to packaging specifications after FQC inspection and the products are then boxed.
⑦ Shipment: After QA inspection, the products are stamped and stored in the warehouse for dispatch.


Processing Technology

① Laser Cutting: Material cutting using Bystronic Dineng 4000w laser cutting machines (alternatives include 1500w, 3000w, two 4000w machines, and 6600w), totaling 5 Bystronic Dineng laser cutting machines.
② Deburring: Deburring using handheld pneumatic grinding machines (alternatives include handheld polishing machines, handheld electric grinding machines, and vibratory deburring tools).
③ Bending: Bending operations are performed using a 1.2-meter-long EKO bending machine (alternatives include 4 EKO machines and Belgian LVD brand bending machines with processing lengths of 0.2 meters, 1.2 meters, 1.5 meters, and 3.0 meters respectively, processing accuracy can reach 0.05mm to 0.02mm, additionally, two Estun bending robots with maximum loads of 20kg to 45kg are available for mass production).
④ Riveting: Riveting is done using corresponding rivet molds loaded into riveting machines (alternatives include Haiji and Hage brand riveting machines), totaling 4 riveting machines.
⑤ Powder Coating: Powder coating is applied using handheld spray guns (the spray guns are of the Swiss Gema brand, and the ovens used are convection ovens or conveyor ovens).
⑥ Packaging: Packaging is done according to packaging specifications (surfaces are wiped with alcohol, packaging is done according to SOP instructions, and outer boxes are labeled) after FQC (Final Quality Control) full inspection.
⑦ Shipment: After QA (Quality Assurance) inspection, the products are stamped and stored in the warehouse.
