Processing Technology
① Laser Cutting: Material cutting is performed using Bystronic Dineng 4000w laser cutting machines (alternatives include 1500w, 3000w, two 4000w models, and 6600w), totaling 5 Bystronic Dineng laser cutting machines.
② Deburring: Deburring is carried out using handheld pneumatic flat grinders (alternative tools include handheld sanders, handheld electric flat grinders, and vibratory deburring equipment).
③ Bending: Bending operations utilize a 1.2-meter-long EKO bending machine (alternatives include 4 EKO machines and Belgian LVD brand bending machines capable of processing products with lengths of 0.2 meters, 1.2 meters, 1.5 meters, and 3.0 meters respectively, processing accuracy ranges from 0.05mm to 0.02mm, additionally, two Estun bending robots with maximum loads of 20kg to 45kg are available for large-scale production).
④ Riveting: Riveting is done using corresponding rivet molds loaded into riveting machines (alternatives include Haiji and Hage brand riveting machines), totaling 4 riveting machines.
⑤ Spraying: Spraying is performed using handheld spray guns (the spray guns are of the Swiss Gema brand, and the ovens used are either toaster ovens or conveyor line ovens).
⑥ Packaging: Packaging is done according to packaging specifications (surfaces are wiped with alcohol, packaging follows SOP instructions, and labels are affixed to outer boxes) after FQC (Final Quality Control) full inspection.
⑦ Shipment: After QA (Quality Assurance) inspection, the products are stamped and stored in the warehouse.
